Managing Chef George Inc. allows me to create a sustainable environment that feels like family - where everyone involved feels appreciated and rewarded for his and her unique contributions. There is personal reward in hiring people who are underemployed for their talents and to offer them something they can't find somewhere else. I envision my employees spending their break time with their children at an on-site daycare in the future of this company. The idea of offering a family lunch is also very appealing; I would love to see my staff halt production to share conversation over lunch everyday.

I have taken classical cooking methods with intense depth of flavor and put that level of taste into the marketplace where food production is often thought of from a mass production perspective first and then considered from the culinary point of view.
