In addition to developing new food products, Chef George Inc. offers co-packing services on the west coast in our facilities in Portland, Oregon. If there isn’t a co-packer who can make the ingredients necessary for your product, CGI can manufacture the ingredients in volume for distribution in-house or will facilitate a relationship with another co-packer for your product.
Our versatile equipment allows us to create unique and customized products specifically designed for you, including handmade shapes and portions to your precise specifications.
Custom manufactured Ingredients are often used in conjunction with recipes requiring intense, special flavors, such as those created by Chef George for his customers.
